morning

44 min of step ups , at each 50 step ups for the first 22 min, I did 10 squats...
And for the last 22 min at each 50 step ups  I did 20 lunges .

22 min = 350 step ups and 70 squats

22 min = 253 step ups and 100 lunges


2 rounds of

10 push ups
6 TRX rows
