I wear a weight vest for all the training...

30 min of step up = 596 reps

2 X

10 Single leg deadlift ( L & R )
            onside and offside loaded arm
5 Pistols ( L & R )
10 TRX Single leg suspension lunge


Evening

Rock climbing in the gym
